This article explains how to use the classic Eventbrite integration.

End of Support Notice for the Classic Eventbrite Integration
The classic Eventbrite integration has been replaced by the current Eventbrite integration. As a result, the classic integration is no longer updated or supported. If you experience errors with the classic integration, we recommend switching to the current version of the integration.

Setting Up the Classic Eventbrite Sync

Ⓘ	With the release of the current Eventbrite integration, new classic Eventbrite syncs cannot be set up. These instructions will remain available for users who already have an active classic Eventbrite sync.

 

1. Navigate to your Audience tab.
2. Click on the Connect section in the panel on the left.
3. In a separate tab, log in to your Eventbrite account.

4. Return to Emma and click on the View Classic Eventbrite tile.

   

5. On the next screen, click on the Connect button.
6. In the pop-up window that appears, click on the Allow button.
7. Select the Eventbrite contact lists and events that you'd like to sync to your Emma groups. You can also add a new group from this screen.

8. Click on the Next: Map fields button.

   

9. Select the Eventbrite fields that you want to sync to your Emma account. Pay special attention to how the fields are labeled, making sure that each field matches the field that you want to add it to.
10. Click on the Next: Summary and save button.
11. In the pop-up window, accept the Terms of Service and click on the Next: Summary button.
12. Click on the Activate: Sync button.

Once connected, this sync will automatically run once a day. However, you can also force the sync to update at any time by clicking on the Sync now button.
