The Connect section of the Audience tab allows you to sync your contacts from several CRMs (customer relationships management) with Emma directly from your account. Each of our Audience Connect integrations syncs your contacts nightly from the CRM to your Emma audience. Once connected, you can also choose to manually sync from the Connect page whenever necessary. Finding the Audience Connect Integrations Navigate to your Audience tab.Click on the Connect section in the panel on the left.Click on the tile for the integration that you'd like to connect and follow the setup wizard. Using the Audience Connect Integrations To set up an integration, click on the corresponding icon and follow the setup wizard. Once you've successfully set up an integration, you can view that integration's status and previous executions in the Connect tab. To view an integrations previous executions, click on the View executions button. To edit an integration, click on the Edit sync button. To sync an integration on demand, click on the Sync now button. And to delete an integration, click on the Deactivate button. What Integrations Are Available? In the Connect tab, you will find the following integrations: ClubReadyClassic (legacy) EventbriteEventbriteMindbody If you have purchased an SFTP sync or contact distribution from our Technical Services team, then you will also see an icon for those in the Connect tab. Looking for the Keap integration? Previously, there was also a Keap integration. However, that integration has been sunset and is no longer updated or supported. If you were previously using the Keap integration, you may still see it in the Connect tab.
