This article provides information about the former integration with Microsoft Dynamics, which was a third-party integration not developed or supported by Emma.

At one time, CRM Innovation created an integration that connected Emma and Microsoft Dynamics. However, CRM Innovation stopped supporting the integration and, based on their website, appears to have closed their doors entirely. This article will remain up for archival purposes.

When it existed, the integration allowed users to:

• Sync contacts between Microsoft Dynamics and Emma
• Track Emma campaign activity directly in Microsoft Dynamics at both the campaign and recipient level
• Set up automated emails to trigger when a contact field changes in Microsoft Dynamics
• Create new Emma groups with leads and contacts using Microsoft Dynamics marketing lists
• Create new marketing lists in Microsoft Dynamics based on email responses
• Sync Emma audience imports directly to Microsoft Dynamics
• View the email response history for any or all Microsoft Dynamics contacts
