This article provides instructions for adding an integration with Pike13, which is a third-party integration not developed or supported by Emma.

The Pike13 integration allows you to sync your Pike13 contacts with your Emma audience so that you can create targeted campaigns based on their membership data. You can use it to notify your clients about new classes, special events, promotions, holiday class schedules, and so on. These targeted campaigns can be sent to your entire audience list or to a specified segment.

These instructions are for those with a Pike13 account and are just an overview of their integration with Emma. For additional help, please refer to this Pike13 support article or reach out to them directly.

How to add the Pike13 integration

You will need your Emma account ID and API key pair in order to set up this integration. If you have not already generated an API key pair, follow the instructions in the linked article to do that now.

Ⓘ	If you have a tiered account, then you will need the subaccount ID, not the parent account ID, in order to set up the integration.

 

1. Log in to your Pike13 account.
2. Click on the Settings section, followed by the Advanced Settings section.
3. In the right menu under Email Marketing, click on Emma.
4. On the next page, enter your Emma account ID, public API key, and private API key.
5. Click on the Save button.

Once connected, you'll find all of your Pike13 clients in a group named Pike13 in your Emma account. Your client's membership-specific information including their first and last attendance by service and client fields will be sent to Emma with every sync. Each of these attendance and custom client fields will be mapped to the corresponding member fields in your Emma account and when synced, you can use them to create segments or set up automated workflows.
