InformationBodyThis article provides instructions connecting to Formstack, a third-party integration not developed or supported by Emma. These instructions are for those with a Formstack account, which allows you to capture your new subscribers through a form that pushes that data into your Emma audience. For additional help, please visit the Formstack help site. For more detailed information about this integration, please refer to Formstack's integration documentation. Adding the Formstack Integration You will need your Emma account ID and API key pair in order to set up this integration. If you have not generated an API key pair, follow the instructions in the linked article to do that now. ☑TipIf you have a tiered account, then you will need the subaccount ID, not the parent account ID, in order to set up the integration. Log in to your Formstack account and navigate to your Settings section.Click on the Integration Hub.Locate the "Email Marketing" tab of the form you want to add Emma to.Click on Add next to the Emma icon.Enter in your public API key, private API key, and Emma account ID. If you have a tiered account, make sure that you are connecting to a subaccount and not the parent account.Click Continue. Choose which fields on your form should map to which fields in your Emma account. The only mandatory field is email address. If you make changes to your contact fields in Emma, click on the green refresh arrows at the top of the "Member Information" fields in Formstack's Emma settings to refresh the fields in Formstack. Not doing this could break the integration. Select the Emma audience group(s) that new subscribers should be added to. If you make changes to your Emma groups or add new groups, click the green refresh arrows in the group section, just like you did in the previous step. Enter an email address that an integration failure notification should be sent to.Click Save All Settings.
