Generating Your API Key Pair

Before connecting or creating an integration, you will need an API key pair. API keys are credentials, similar to a username and password, that help ensure that no one can send API calls to your account without permission. Any third-party integrations are fully built, maintained, and supported by the developers / organizations that created them. For assistance with a third-party integration, please contact the provider listed in that integration's profile in our partnerships directory.

API

Emma's open API is a self-service tool. As a result, we cannot provide specific guidance or support outside of the information contained in our API documentation. If you encounter an error or the API appears to be working incorrectly, we are happy to help. However, our Support team does not troubleshoot custom code and only works with raw JSON. If you need to reach out to Support for assistance, please have the full API call and endpoint, plus the raw JSON body, ready to share.
