In this article Video tutorial SMS response data ClicksOpt-outsDeliveriesBounces Additional resources Watch a quick video tutorial on how to view SMS response data SMS response data To view your SMS response data, follow these steps: Navigate to your Campaigns tab.Click on the SMS section in the panel on the left.Click on the Sent tab and select the appropriate campaign. On the next screen, you will see the click rate, delivery rate, bounce rate, opt-out rate, and a preview of your campaign. You’ll also see separate tabs for Clicks, Opt-outs, Deliveries, and Bounces, where you can view more detailed information about each area. Clicks The Clicks tab shows a list of each link that was clicked, the date and time that it was clicked, and the phone number that clicked it. ⒾLinks that were not shortened cannot be tracked. This is because the process of shortening SMS links creates a brief redirect when the link is clicked. This redirect is what allows Emma to track the link, so without it, links cannot be tracked. If you included a link in your SMS campaign, but did not shorten the link, then the Clicks tab will be empty. Opt-outs The Opt-outs tab shows a list of each phone number that opted out through this message, as well as the date and time that they opted out. Deliveries The Deliveries tab shows a list of each phone number that received the message. Bounces The Bounces tab shows a list of each phone number that bounced the message and the bounce type.
